The Process
First we identify what need you have, for example if you need someone for data entry we’ll take note of that. We take down your requirements and the precise work you need. A project coordinator is assigned for your account to make sure that someone is accountable for your account. We then look through our roster of staff members in our overseas office and reserve their time for your specific tasks. At the end of every day a report is created that details the work performed that day on your account. At the end of every week a detailed report is e-mailed to you and it explains the tasks performed. You also receive a time receipt for the time spent by our employee. How do you pay?
Payment is simple, for the first month we bill your credit card at the beginning of every work week. It’s a simple process and it avoids any checks getting lost in the mail.
How fast can I get a new staff member?
It is a quick process that normally takes 1 business day, if you require a programmer with expert knowledge in a specific programming language it may take as much as a week. Otherwise a couple of business days is all we need to get started.
